What a train wreck of eating

protein shake
chicken and cottage cheese
straight chicken (I ran out of marinade!!) with bbq sauce

a buuunch of cheese crackers
some sunflower seeds
1 ice cream sandwich

vodka swigs and a redbull
whiskey coke
2x rum and coke

typhoon from hurrican cafe
a bunch of chips :(
